The 4 flats facing the stairs of Calcada Nova do Colegio have 4 bedrooms. The ones in the 2nd and 3rd floor have great views of the Castelo Sao Jorge and the Tagus river. The 4 flats facing the hospital Sao Jose have 6 bedrooms.
On the 1st and 3rd floors, bedroom have verandas.

Laundry and reception
There are 2 washing machine and 2 dryers available in the basement of the building. Guests can use other equipment stored in this zone: vacuum cleaner, iron, etc. The reception is open according to schedule.
Rest room
All guests can access this rest room, located in the basement, nearby the reception and laundry. The room is available 24 hours per day, with capacity of 12 to 15 people. In the restroom, there is a small library with books that are for guests use, for free. For guests needs, two WC are at their disposal in the basement. Wifi is available in this area as well as in all floors.
Hall & Staircases
The building has a big entrance and wood staircases, that are equipped with CCTV equipment working 24/24. From that entrance, you can reach the flats with the rooms, and the basement area with the reception, laundry and rest area. All along the stairs, fire extinguishers are available
